Our research-based, year-round curriculum removes the social, financial, and academic barriers that stand between students and their goals. With an emphasis on mentorship and mental fortitude, we nurture the skills and mindset they need for sustained success in school, work, and life.
Since 2001, College Career & Beyond alone has helped more than 4,200 students gain admission into postsecondary programs – 70% of whom went on to graduate – and none of it would be possible without the generosity of mentors and donors, like you.

Over the course of their lifetime the average college graduate contributes an average of $278,000 more to local economies than their non-graduate counterparts. The way we see it, an investment in the Detroit area’s most promising students is an investment in the Detroit area itself.

Mentors are the secret to our success, and the success of every student we work with at CCB. These generous role models volunteer their experience and time to prepare our students for the challenges that lie ahead. It’s one of the most direct and impactful ways to make a difference with our program.

Mentorship is incredibly valuable to young people. It can improve self-confidence and self-awareness, and it exposes students to different perspectives. Plus, many of our mentors understand the challenges our students are facing since many are MidnightGolf alumni themselves.
